Jianjun Xu

Xu Jianjun is a preeminent capital markets lawyer with over two decades of experience in cross-border transactions and regulatory advisory. A graduate of Peking University (LL.B., LL.M.) and Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (EMBA), he has further honed his expertise through executive programs at the University of Hong Kong, CKGSB, and Wharton School. Recognized as a "National Outstanding Lawyer" by China’s Ministry of Justice in 2021, Xu has cemented his reputation as a trusted authority in complex financial transactions and governance matters.

As the lead partner of DeHeng Law Offices’ capital markets practice since 2010, Xu has directed over 100 landmark equity and debt offerings across A-shares, H-shares, red-chip structures, and U.S. listings.
